BaoHost is a free hosting service provided by Sync dotCom Network. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use BaoHost (or the minimum age required in your country).
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • Sync dotCom Network is not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to secure your account.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (The "No Abuse" Rules)

To keep our hosting free for everyone, you agree not to:

  • Resource Abuse: Use the server for anything other than hosting Minecraft or Hytale. This includes crypto-mining, DDoS attacking, or hosting web servers.
  • Automation: Use bots or scripts to "bypass" inactivity timers or keep a server online 24/7 without active players.
  • Illegal Content: Upload any content that violates international law, including copyrighted material, malware, or prohibited imagery.
  • Malicious Plugins: Install plugins or mods designed to lag the host node or gain unauthorized access to our network.

3. Service Availability & "As-Is" Clause

  • No Guarantees: BaoHost is a free service. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Sync dotCom Network is not responsible for data loss or server downtime.
  • Backups: Users are responsible for taking their own backups. While we strive to protect data, we are not liable for corrupted worlds or lost files.
  • Maintenance: We reserve the right to shut down nodes for maintenance or upgrades at any time.

4. Inactivity & Deletion

To ensure resources are available for active players:

  • We reserve the right to suspend or delete servers that have been inactive for more than 30 days.
  • Deleted data is generally unrecoverable. It is the user's responsibility to log in and keep their server "active" according to our current dashboard requirements.

5. Termination of Service

Sync dotCom Network reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. We may terminate your access to BaoHost if we believe you have violated these terms or if your server is consuming excessive resources that negatively impact other users on the same node.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sync dotCom Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of BaoHost. You use this free service at your own risk.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify users of significant changes via our official Discord or a dashboard notification. Continued use of BaoHost after changes signifies your agreement to the new terms.
